1. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the cocoa powder on a sheet of wax paper. 2. In a food processor or electric mixer on high, blend the remaining 1/2 cup of cocoa, confectioner's sugar, cream cheese and almond extract. 3. Drop the mixture by rounded teaspoons into the reserved cocoa powder. Roll into balls and refrigerate until firm, 1-2 hours
