Low Carb Pumpkin Muffins

Don’t you love the smell of delicious, fresh baked pumpkin muffins? These low carb muffins pack 7 grams of protein and just 5.9 grams of carbs each. Made with almond flour, and loaded with spices, these muffins will be a crowd-pleaser any time of the year.
Makes: 12 servings
Serving Size: 1 muffin
Preheat oven to 350
Mix flour, flax, salt, baking powder, spices, stevia, set aside
Mix pumpkin, eggs, water, butter
Add dry to moist and incorporate wall
Grease muffin tins, fill 2/3 full
Bake 15-18 minutes
